To provide support, I will need to be able to access your device remotely. To accomplish that, please follow the instructions on the right to install TeamViewer.

  • Please coordinate with me so that I am available when you do this!
  • If you prefer, we can configure such that this will only be needed once and I will be able to access your device as needed going forward.

TeamViewer Quick Support

  1. Download TeamViewer Quick Support
  2. On your computer’s desktop, open the QuickSupport app.
    • If your browser does not give you an option to open the app immediately, the app is usually downloaded to your “Downloads” folder. 
  3. Once the application is started, I will be able to request a remote connection.
  4. When you accept the connection, the remote session will begin
  1. Download the free TeamViewer QuickSupport app from Google Play or Apple Store
  2. Open the QuickSupport app and locate your ID number
  3. Provide that number to your help desk provider
  4. Your help desk provider will request a remote connection
  5. When you accept the connection, the remote session will begin
