The easiest way to provide Computer Help is to grant me access computer. Following the steps below to install TeamViewer will allow me to connect to your computer without you needing to be there and with minimal action on your part aside from making sure the computer is turned on.
Temporary Access
Step 1:
Download and Run the TeamViewer Quick Support Application
Step 2:
Send me a note with the ID and Password listed in the Quick Support window. It should look like this.
Step 3:
Leave your computer on (don’t let it go asleep) and don’t close the Quick Support window until you don’t want me to have access.
